I messaged with an employee via Facebook in the morning, stopped in shortly after they opened, and was told the repair would be about 30 minutes. When I returned, the repair was successfully done (yay!). I picked up a new case with glass screen protector while I was there, which an employee put on for me before I left. They also had used phones and devices available to purchase at discounted prices, and accessories like colored charging cords (so my daughter can stop accusing me of stealing hers). The store was clean and welcoming, inside and out. I found this local place Triple D, which was very convenient only a mile down the road. On December 26 morning I messaged and almost immediately someone had got back to me, even though the store was not due to be open for five more hours. That provided some relief to me being as I have terribly debilitating anxiety. I learned the exact price for the repair, including taxes which I very much appreciated that there were no hidden fees-or even having the worker trying to upgrade, which inevitably would've caused me confusion. Anyway, I knew someone would be able to help me when I got there at 3pm, as well as having a screen in the correct color. The prices were reasonable, better than the national electronic appliance stores that do this sort of thing. Jeff fixed my phone in just under 30 minutes whilst I waiting watching Home Alone and reading a book. He also put a new safeguard on for me since I'm rather incompetent. I received that with a $5 discount due to paying for the repair. Highly recommended from this Anxiety Queen. read less

I had an old iPod4 Touch that my daughter uses and she recently crunched the screen. The TripleD folks were very friendly and helpful when I dropped it off, gave me an estimate of when it'd be ready, and then hit the mark on that - even calling me to let me know it was done. The iPod looks like it's fresh from the factory and my daughter is happy again. :-)

My iPad was not responding to touch after being dropped. They fixed it, but there was a tiny scratch on the screen. I asked about the scratch, and the owner took complete responsibility and replaced the LCD screen at no cost to me. He could have told me that the scratch had been there, or he could have refused to fix it. Instead, he took a hit, and did what was right. I was impressed with his honesty and integrity. I recommend them to anyone that asks where to take their iDevice to be repaired. read less
